Your Responsibilities
As the Year 3 Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver lessons across the full curriculum that inspire, challenge, and engage pupils
* Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and wellbeing
* Track and assess pupil progress, using outcomes to inform planning and next steps
* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND and higher-attaining pupils
* Foster positive behaviour, relationships, and a culture of respect within the classroom
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support learning at home
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across Key Stage 2 to share best practice and improve outcomes
* Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in events, initiatives, and professional development
