Your Role: Youll be working with secondary:age students (11:16) who have social, emotional, or mental health challenges. This role involves providing support to individuals or small groups, both in and out of the classroom.
Key Duties:
* Deliver steady behavioural support in various situations.
* Help students regain confidence and reconnect with their education.
* Assist with academic catch:up as needed.
* Keep detailed records of student development and well:being.
Essential Requirements:
* 6+ months of experience in a UK school.
* A valid Enhanced DBS or the readiness for one.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* Availability from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
