About the role

At Hush, we’re passionate about delivering beautifully designed fashion with uncompromising quality. We’re looking for a Buying Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team and support the procurement of goods, materials, and services across Hush's categories. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and wants to grow their career in fashion buying.


What you'll do

* Managing and maintaining the category critical path, ensuring timely stock deliveries.
* Handling all administrative duties including product data input/extraction, invoicing, and sample management.
* Raising, maintaining, and amending purchase orders throughout the product lifecycle.
* Coordinating sample requirements and ensuring product availability for fit meetings, partnering with the Technical team.
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable feedback to the team.
* Assisting with range meetings, including sample pulling and preparing sign-off documents.
* Supporting the buyer with approvals and managing product storage.


What you'll bring

* Experience in a fast-paced fashion retail business.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mindset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and product development/management systems.
* Agility to navigate a challenging, fast-moving environment.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
