Applications and Integrations Solutions Architect | up to £75,000 + 10% | Fully Remote
My client are a public sector organisation who work in the Healthcare industry. They ensure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include:
* Design and assure scalable, secure, and resilient application and integration solutions, covering bespoke applications, SaaS platforms, and third‑party services
* Define and promote integration patterns and approaches (e.g. APIs, event‑driven integration, messaging, batch, data synchronisation)
* Develop and assure roadmaps for application modernisation, integration platform adoption, and decommissioning of legacy systems.
Experience:
* Significant experience designing and delivering application and integration solutions in complex enterprise environments.
* Strong knowledge of modern application architectures, including cloud‑native, microservices, and modular monolith approaches.
* Proven experience designing and implementing integration solutions using APIs, messaging, event‑driven architectures, and integration platforms.
* Experience working with SaaS products and integrating them with existing enterprise systems.
* Strong understanding of information security, identity, and access management.
* Experience with integration platforms and tooling (e.g. AIS, Mulesoft, API management, iPaaS, message brokers).
Other beneficial knowledge would be
-Experience working in regulated or public sector environments.
-Familiarity with TOGAF or other architectural frameworks.
-Knowledge of accessibility standards and user centred design principles as they apply to applications.
Salary + Benefits:

Location
This client has an office in London and Newcastle, however they’re offering remote working with the expectation of travelling to either office once every 1-3 months.
