We require knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts. We are looking for someone who can work independently and manage competing priorities. We need strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. We require understanding and experience of external interfaces from LIMS. We need knowledge and experience with ITIL concepts. Desirable: experience supporting audit or compliance-related systems. Responsibilities: We provide third-line technical support, administration, and configuration of our LabWare LIMS application. We provide Level 3 support for LabWare LIMS incidents and problems. We administer, configure, and maintain the LabWare LIMS application and its code base. We design, configure, and support LabWare Visual Workflows and instrument interfaces. We develop, maintain, and debug LIMS Basic scripts and subroutines. We create and maintain Crystal Reports and related reporting configurations. We manage BAU LIMS activities, including user access, permissions, and static data changes. We prioritize work based on business impact and operational requirements. We maintain accurate system, configuration, and support documentation. We liaise with LabWare and third-party suppliers where required. We act as a point of contact for technical queries and bridge the gap between business and IT teams. We work closely with laboratory users, IT colleagues, and external suppliers to keep the system stable and aligned with business priorities.
