Your new roleThe Senior Accountant will be overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, preparing and reviewing the statutory accounts and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.
* Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
* Support with month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
* Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic planning.
* Assist the year-end, quarterly period and month-end accounts
* Lead the preparation of statutory accounts in accordance with local GAAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
* Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Part-qualified Accountant with 4 years experience
2. If non qualified, then 5+ year's experience in an Accountancy role is required.
