Benefits manager

Offer description

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a global investment management organisation, operating across multiple regions and currently undergoing a period of transformation and integration.

As part of this evolution, the Head of Reward is looking to appoint a Benefits Manager. The firm boasts one of the most comprehensive employee benefits offerings that we've seen on the market, that you'll get to manage and drive forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Benefits Analyst/Specialist that is ambitious in their career and looking to step up to the Manager grade. This role is also suited for more established Benefits/Reward Managers. This is a benefits focused role also offering the opportunity to support the reward team on compensation matters. This is a pivotal role with significant visibility, focused on strengthening and evolving a market‑leading global benefits offering while also contributing to broader compensation and reward governance activity. It represents an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious benefits/reward professional to deepen their expertise, gain high‑level exposure and play an integral role in shaping the future reward landscape.

The mandate spans both strategic and operational elements of reward, with a particular emphasis on benefits. You will also support compensation cycles, share plans, regulatory reward and RemCo preparation. The role sits within a small, high‑performing team with an exceptional Head of Reward, offering strong mentorship and development. This will suit someone who is hands‑on, dynamic and eager to grow, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and the capability to balance rigour with pragmatism.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Owning and enhancing the global benefits portfolio, ensuring competitiveness, strong governance and a high‑quality employee experience
* Managing annual benefits cycles, renewals, enrolment and provider relationships, including oversight of the external broker
* Leading benefits data analysis, cost management and continuous improvement activity
* Overseeing pensions governance and international retirement plan considerations
* Supporting acquisition‑related harmonisation and reward alignment following recent M&A activity
* Contributing to the annual compensation cycle, including pay review, bonus modelling and benchmarking
* Supporting the design, administration and reporting of multiple share plan arrangements
* Preparing materials and analysis for RemCo, including director emoluments and regulatory reward reporting
* Partnering with HR, Finance and senior leaders to deliver clear, insightful reward guidance
* Maintaining robust reward processes, documentation and data integrity across systems

This is a broad, hands‑on role that offers genuine development for someone with a strong benefits grounding who is looking to expand their exposure across the full reward spectrum. The successful candidate will bring 3–4 years of benefits experience, demonstrable benefits expertise, excellent communication skills and the confidence to operate with senior stakeholders. Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential; far more important is a proactive, curious and progressive mindset. With a collaborative, inclusive and non‑hierarchical culture, this is a business that values progression, curiosity and continuous improvement, and is investing meaningfully in its people agenda.

You will be analytical, organised and comfortable navigating both detail and ambiguity. A polished, credible presence is key, alongside the ability to simplify technical reward concepts for a senior audience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their growth in a supportive environment, working with high‑quality reward infrastructure and best‑in‑class benefits.

The role is based in London with hybrid working (three days in the office). Compensation includes a base salary of circa £85,000 plus a performance‑related bonus (typically 20-25%, with potential for higher awards).
