We are looking for Rapid Response Coordinators to join our team in supporting the NHS in delivering their response to supporting people with mental health issues across Cheshire and The Wirral.
The role is based in Chester, working alongside the Crisis Line Team.
What you'll do:
The Rapid Response Coordinators will be responsible for coordinating the Trust's response to ensuring these individuals receive the very best support, right from the start of their journey, which may be in A&E to their safe arrival at any other sites for longer term care and support.
The Rapid Response Coordinators will liaise with Ward staff, A&E, patient liaison and transport services to ensure workers and resources are deployed at the right time to the right place. Creating continuity and a positive patient experience.
Who we're looking for:
We need full-time (37.5 hours) and bank (0 hour contract) staff working around a 7-day rota and being on call once a week. The hours of work will be from 7am – Midnight.
For this role you will require excellent communication and organisational skills, alongside a strong ability to problem solve and maximise the resources that are available.
