Business Analyst, Non Cleared
I am currently adversiting for a Business Analyst to join a leading organisation based in Newcastle
Rate - £550.00 outside IR35
Location - Once a week onsite in Newcastle
Duration - TBC - CIRCA 6 months
Key Requirements
* Gather, document, and validate business requirements and end-to-end processes.
* Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
* Support configuration and testing of Pega solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Create and maintain customer/user journeys for key business applications.
* Produce clear, structured documentation including flowcharts, diagrams, and technical artefacts.
* Ensure traceability of business requirements through to final delivery and testing.
* Manage relationships with internal teams, third parties, and external vendors.
* Contribute to the preparation of user and system test plans, supporting test execution as needed.
* Provide training and ongoing support to end users (where applicable).
* Maintain support model documentation and user lifecycle management processes.
* Apply business analysis best practices and methodologies to deliver quality outputs on time and within budget.
* Work closely with Pega developers to ensure seamless implementation and positive business outcomes.
Previous Experience
* Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within financial services or regulated industries.
* Prior exposure to or hands-on experience with Pega platforms. MUST have experiences of using PEGA
* Proficient with Confluence, Jira, and Agile delivery environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience with process mapping, documentation, and re-engineering.
* Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and delivery methodologies.
* Ability to deliver high-quality documentation and artefacts independently.
* Understanding of business, operating, and technology models in Financial Services is desirable.
