Role Overview
We are seeking passionate and experienced HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists to join our team. You will assess, plan, and deliver goal-focused OT interventions for children with sensory, motor-planning, and daily-living challenges across educational and home settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess, plan and deliver goal-focused OT intervention in education or home settings.
* Write concise treatment plans, EHCP contributions, and progress reports in line with RCOT and HCPC standards.
* Liaise with parents, teachers, SENCOs, and our in-house SLTs to embed strategies into everyday routines.
* Maintain GDPR-compliant records and follow safeguarding best practices.
What We Are Looking For
* HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with proven paediatric experience (schools, early years, or community children’s teams).
* Confidence working autonomously.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Enhanced DBS and up-to-date safeguarding.
* Desirable: Sensory Integration training, EHCP report writing, knowledge and experience of AAC.
