Customer Service Advisor / Full Time position / up to 3 Month Fixed term contract / £12.50 per hour + Holiday Pay / Monthly Pay / Ideal start date asap up to mid December 2025 /Coalville / Monday to Friday 08.30am to 5pm / ½ an hour unpaid lunch break / Full Training & Induction provided / Very friendly team / New refurbished office / On site parking available / Public transport route
Ideally we are looking for an additional customer service advisor experienced in Inbound and outbound calls. You will be predominantly dealing with customer queries and complaints. Our outbound calls are very warm calls to existing customers or lapsed customers therefore do not require outbound sales experience, just a good understanding of how to handle customers queries effectively, calmly and with the best results for the business and its terms of sale.
We run a very busy project twice a year "My Childs Art " and require additional Customer Advisors to help the project run successfully. It is a very varied role, very soft customer services as the project is based around a free fundraising pack and supporting groups to raise funds through sales of personalised products produced and manufactured by My Childs Art.
Full training will be provided to support the successful Advisor along with regular reviews.
Main Duties involved:
Resolving customer queries/complaints
Responding to incoming emails/web chat enquiries
Inbound and outbound telephone calls
Maintaining database (CRM)
Account management
Assisting customers, trouble shooting and finding solutions
Multitasking and managing ongoing tasks
Understanding the terms and conditions and be able to relay these confidently to the customer
Required experience
Customer services or account management
Intermediate computer literacy ( hardware and software skills a must )
Administration, Managing spreadsheets, using databases, documenting dialogue and outcomes, and actioning tasks to implement.
Outbound or inbound telephone, confident but approachable attitude
