This is a rare opportunity for a claimant Personal Injury Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join a well-regarded, regional firm in Orpington, Kent. RTA and EL/PL experience is essential, and while Clinical Negligence experience is desirable, it's not a requirement - the firm can support development in this area.
The role has arisen due to sustained growth in the department. You'll be working closely with Senior Lawyers in the team and joining a collaborative, forward-thinking firm that's investing in its people and technology.

The Role
1. Manage your own caseload of RTA, EL/PL matters (both fast-track and multi-track).
2. Potential to develop into Clinical Negligence work, with support from senior lawyers.
3. Be part of a Legal 500-recognised team with a strong regional reputation.
4. Handle quality claimant work, often involving complex and high-value cases.
Requirements
5. 3+ years PQE as a claimant-side Personal Injury Solicitor.
6. Experience across RTA, EL/PL is essential.
7. Clinical Negligence experience is a bonus, but not essential.
8. Strong communication and client care skills.
9. A collaborative, proactive approach to your work.
