Permanent role: 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday, Rugby Office based with hybrid working.
We are looking for a Membership and Qualification Advisor for our Membership Organisation client.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Provide guidance and support to members via telephone and email. Support applicants and reviewers to use the online portal.
* Process membership/registration applicants, support related processes such as updating the CRM, providing information, and supporting panel meetings.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge and Skills required
* Probably qualified to A Level standard (or equivalent). Outstanding communication skills and a passion for customer service.
* Confident IT skills and experience working within a project management framework.
* Experience working within a membership organisation, with volunteers and stakeholders.
