About the Role
We are seeking a talented Scientist to join a growing R&D team. This role will focus on designing and executing experimental studies to support both molecule and technology development programmes. You will work with a high level of autonomy on defined projects, contributing to data generation, analysis, and interpretation, while maintaining high standards of scientific quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
* Design and execute experimental studies aligned with project objectives
* Analyse and interpret data, ensuring scientific rigor and integrity
* Prepare technical reports and contribute to project updates
* Apply a range of analytical techniques, including SEC-HPLC, SEM, Micro-BCA, microscopy, IEC-HPLC, ELISA, and SDS-PAGE
* Support formulation development and drug delivery programmes
* Identify technical challenges and propose effective solutions
* Ensure compliance with quality systems (ISO9001 and internal standards)
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
* PhD in a relevant discipline, or MSc with industry experience
* Background in biotechnology or pharmaceutical R&D
Required Skills
* Hands-on experience with analytical and biochemical techniques
* Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
* Experience with biologics and/or polymer-based systems
* Knowledge of formulation and drug delivery technologies
* Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO13485, or cGMP environments
