Westray Recruitment Group is seeking to recruit a Multi Skilled Operative with a roofing discipline to work for our client based in Durham.

THE ROLE
* Assisting trade staff to undertaking all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service
THE PERSON
* Experience of working at height.
* On-Site training, approximately 3 years
* CSCS card as appropriate to the role
* Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
* Experience of working in a target driven environment
* Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate with effectively
* To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies
* To understand risk assessments
* Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings
* A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
* Please note you will be required to drive for business, this forms a requirement of the role. You will be required to hold a current and valid driving licence
