About the Role
Our customers should feel comfortable and supported in their own homes, and you’ll help make that happen. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing - working both independently and as part of a collaborative, caring team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care tailored to each customer’s individual needs
* Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
* Support with nutrition and hydration, including meal planning and preparation
* Administer medication and manage prescriptions
* Carry out light housework (tidying, laundry, cleaning)
* Be a dependable, friendly, and familiar face for our customers

What We’re Looking For
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Aged 18+
* Right to Work in the UK (we cannot accept sponsored staff or visa transfers)
* A kind, compassionate attitude and calm approach to care
* Great communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
* Weekend availability (every other weekend or one day every weekend)
* No care experience required - we’ll provide all the training you need
