We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in gymnastics coaching or teaching, with a focus on developing the skills and confidence of gymnasts at various levels. Duties
* Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics training sessions tailored to the skill levels of participants.
* Teach fundamental gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, and floor routines.
* Provide constructive feedback to athletes to enhance their performance and confidence.
* Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a clean and organised training environment.
* Monitor progress of gymnasts and adjust training plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
* Foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among gymnasts.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any areas for improvement.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with coaching techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements
* Proven experience in gymnastics coaching, preferably in gymnastics or ex gymnasts to at least county/regional level
* Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate young athletes.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A thorough understanding of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety practices.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
* First Aid certification is desirable but not essential; training can be provided.

Pay: £20.00-£40.00 per hour
