Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee the internal finishing stages of a residential housing development at Leaside Lock. This role will focus on managing the final phases of works across multiple plots, ensuring high-quality delivery through to client inspection and handover.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for driving programme, managing subcontractors, and maintaining exceptional finishing standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all internal finishing trades across multiple residential units

Manage snagging and de-snagging to ensure timely handovers
*
Coordinate second fix and final fix works (carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms, decorating, flooring, etc.)
*
Ensure plots are completed to a high standard and ready for CML/PC
*
Monitor quality control and enforce site standards
*
Work closely with the Site Manager to maintain programme targets
*
Liaise with subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
*
Maintain clear records of inspections and progress
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on residential housing developments
*
Strong background in managing internal trades through to completion
*
Excellent attention to detail and quality control
*
Ability to manage multiple plots simultaneously
*
CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred)
*
SMSTS or SSSTS
*
First Aid (desirable)
