The role of the Quantity Surveyor
Faade Remediation will involve:Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a range of faade remediation and re-cladding works for the residential market sector Liaising with clients to collate requirements and specifications from tender documentsUnderstand and administer project contractual requirementsPrepare, negotiate, and issue applications for payment, contractual notices, variations, and loss & expense claimsManage and maintain accurate project recordsProduce monthly financial reports, including CVR, risk and opportunity registers, and ISV forecastingLead the procurement process, including preparing procurement plans and engaging the project teamConduct tenders, analyse supplier quotations, and place orders for project packages.Administer supplier contracts and agree on payments, variations, claims, and final accountsAgree the Final Account with the clientWorking on projects ranging in value from £10m to £15mThe ideal applicant will be Quantity Surveyor
