The Role

Are you looking to build a career in marketing and stakeholder engagement?

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Stakeholder Research Officer to join our Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to develop their research and communication skills while working at the heart of UK policy.

You’ll help identify and reach key audiences for our policy conferences — including senior figures in government, business, academia and the third sector — ensuring each event reaches the right people. You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive marketing team working across a wide range of subjects, from health and education to technology, infrastructure and the environment.



Key Responsibilities

* Researching and mapping relevant organisations and individuals to inform marketing and outreach.
* Building targeted contact lists and helping to expand our stakeholder networks.
* Analysing and reporting on marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Supporting the development of marketing strategies for upcoming conferences.
* Carrying out competitor and audience research to help improve our campaigns.



About You

* A recent graduate or early-career professional with excellent research and organisational skills.
* Interested in marketing, communications, and public policy.
* Confident using online tools and databases to find and manage information.
* Strong written and verbal communicator with attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
