Marketing Executive - Fast moving, Creative, and Impact-Driven

Salary: £25,000–£30,000 (DOE)

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who’s hands‑on, creative, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. This role is for a doer — someone who takes strategy and makes it happen. You’ll create, publish, and optimise content across multiple channels, ensuring our brand is active, visible, and performing every day.
Your Mission
Deliver high‑quality, high‑velocity marketing activity across digital, social, and email channels. You’ll be the engine that drives execution — keeping campaigns moving and channels thriving.
What You’ll Do
1. Content Creation & Publishing
* Create and publish daily content across social, email, and digital platforms.
* Write engaging short‑form copy aligned to brand voice and tone.
* Adapt and repurpose long‑form content into multiple channel‑ready formats.
* Design or tweak assets using tools like Canva, Adobe, or Figma.
2. Campaign Execution
* Build and schedule campaigns across email, website, and social channels.
* Support performance marketing activity with tracking, tagging, and asset delivery.
* Ensure every campaign is executed accurately, on time, and to a high standard.
3. Channel Ownership
* Keep owned channels (website, CRM, social) active, on‑brand, and optimised.
* Monitor results and feed insights back to the Growth and Analytics teams.
* Implement quick wins — from copy tweaks to timing adjustments.
4. Marketing Operations
* Manage the marketing stack (CMS, CRM, email tools, social schedulers).
* Maintain campaign templates, tagging frameworks, and asset libraries.
* Use AI and automation tools to streamline content production and publishing.
5. Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support
* Partner with Creative for asset development and fast‑turn content.
* Work closely with Growth to test, learn, and refine performance.
* Share frontline insights with Strategy and Analytics to shape future campaigns.
What You’ll Bring
* 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, digital, or content execution.
* Proven ability to deliver high‑quality output at pace.
* Excellent writing and editing skills, adaptable across channels and audiences.
* Working knowledge of CMS, CRM, and email platforms.
* Basic design or editing ability (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
* Organised, curious, proactive, and passionate about results.
