The Role:
We're on the lookout for a Retail Store Manager who embodies our core values: committed, caring, and considerate. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, leading by example to inspire your team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving performance and standards across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality products.
* Take full accountability for the store's performance including sales, stock, waste, staffing, and compliance.
* Foster a caring and supportive team environment, ensuring team members feel valued, motivated, and developed.
* Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
* Collaborate with area and support teams to continuously improve store performance.
* Be a visible leader on the shop floor—serving customers, coaching staff, and solving problems as they arise.

* You have experience in a supervisory or management role within retail, hospitality, or food service (preferred but not essential).
