Job Description
We are seeking a compassionateComplex Care Assistantto support a lovely 13-year-old girl with cerebral palsy and learning disability in his family home. She lives with his parents, an siblings in a busy household.
You will provideperson-centred care, working alongside a colleague and a multidisciplinary team to support his wellbeing and community activities. An adapted vehicle is provided for outings.

* Moving and positioning

Candidate would need to meet the following requirements before applying:
* A full UK driving licence.
