We're looking for a Mobile Soft Services Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining a professional image and complying with all Mite Polices & Procedures
2. Ensure adequate staffing levels are achieved by rostering correctly
3. Maintaining Cleaning Standards as per contractual requirments.
4. Responsibility for ensuring that staff members adhere to Mitie Uniform & PPE Standards
5. Ensuring stock allocation & equipment checks are completed.
6. Reporting any poor performance or mis-use of equipment.
7. Flexibility and willingness to complete any other reasonable management, client or customer requests
Main duties
8. Prepare in advance rosters to ensure adequate staffing to cover holiday etc.
9. Bring to the attention of the manager sickness, absence etc
10. carry out Toolbox Talks relating to H&S Bulletins or Company/announcements
11. Report incidents as per the Mitie QHSE requirements
12. Comply with site regulatioins and conduct oneself in a professional manner
13. Communicate & liaise with site personnel in a professional manner.
14. Accountable for ensuring all chemicals, equipment & trolleys are stored correctly.
15. Ensure Site Files are updated and reviewed monthly.

19. IT Skills desirable but training will be provided
