We are now looking for an Unestablished Teaching Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working 18.5 hours per week, for a fixed-term contract until 30th September 2026.

The Role
As an Unestablished Teaching Associate, you will contribute to the delivery, development and assessment of postgraduate and professional practitioner development programmes.
Teaching and supervising students on the MEd Transforming Practice and PPD programmes, you will plan and deliver lectures, seminars and classes both in person and online.
You’ll support curriculum design, develop new modules in collaboration with programme leads, and contribute to recruitment and admissions, including application assessment and interviews.
Additionally, you will:
* Co-ordinate teaching staff on modules and lead module evaluation
* Mark work, provide feedback, and participate in exam boards
* Contribute to online learning materials and attend relevant conferences
* Provide student references and support professional development activities
About You
To be considered as an Unestablished Teaching Associate, you will need:
* Experience of postgraduate university teaching (level 7)
* Experience of effectively supervising students at Master’s and/or PhD level
* Experience of developing course content at Master’s level
* Experience of assessing and marking at university level
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A PhD or EdD in a related area
Please note, this role requires some on-site Saturday teaching and online evening (7-8pm) teaching.
