Rate:
* PAYE: £20.17 per hour
* Umbrella: £23.66 per hour
Pulse Nursing is seeking an experienced Band 6 CPN to join a dynamic and supportive team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Community Psychiatric Nurse to work with a diverse caseload, providing high-quality mental health care in a community setting.
As a CPN, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive mental health assessments, developing care plans, and supporting service users in their recovery journey. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and person-centered care to individuals in need of mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide mental health assessments, including risk assessments and care planning.
* Offer one-to-one support to individuals with mental health conditions in the community.
* Deliver therapeutic interventions and support recovery goals.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
* Monitor and review care plans to ensure the highest standards of care.
* Provide crisis management and intervention as needed.

Requirements
* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
* Previous experience as a Band 6 CPN, ideally within a community setting.
* Strong clinical knowledge and skills in mental health care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Enhanced DBS check (we can assist if required).
