Content Localization
* Collaborate with the Multilingual Center, PR, and Marketing teams to localize POP-related platform policies, activity rules, and merchant center content.
* Translate complex policies and rules into simple, easy-to-understand content tailored to the local merchant audience.
* Ensure that localized content adheres to cultural and regional differences while maintaining consistency with the overall brand voice.
* Distribute localized content through the appropriate channels to ensure merchants are informed and equipped with the necessary information.
Content Performance Monitoring
* Monitor the reach and conversion rates of various types of content across different communication channels.
* Analyze performance metrics to identify communication gaps or bottlenecks, and implement strategies to optimize content effectiveness.
* Collaborate with relevant teams to refine and improve content strategies, ensuring higher merchant engagement and better content delivery.
