Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Desk Location: Enfield Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a fresh challenge and the chance to help shape something new? Pertemps North London is expanding its Industrial division and we’re looking for a driven consultant to take ownership of an actual warm, established desk. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment: our office is brand new, we’re building fresh foundations, and you’ll be working directly under an award‑winning manager who is committed to developing high-performing consultants. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across the industrial sector, covering warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing. * Build and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and service reviews. * Source, attract, and select high-quality candidates using multiple channels including job boards, social media, and direct outreach. * Manage both temporary and permanent vacancies from briefing to successful placement. * Oversee compliance, onboarding, and shift coordination with accuracy and attention to detail. * Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets. What We’re Looking For * Previous recruitment experience, ideally within industrial or temp/perm recruitment. * Confidence in winning new business and managing existing accounts professionally. * Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * A positive, results-driven attitude with a commitment to excellent service.
