The Role: Supporting pupils in Primary classrooms, with additional opportunities in Middle Schools Working 1:1 or in small groups to support learning and engagement Providing additional support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) where required Assisting class teachers with daily classroom activities and behaviour management Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable) SEN experience is preferable, but not essential Holds a DBS registered on the Update Service (preferred – support available if not) Confident, caring and adaptable in different school environments Happy to travel to schools in Weymouth and surrounding areas Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
