We are currently looking for
Customer Service, Floor and Replenishment Managers to join our team at our new store opening in Hessle! All roles are full time and require the flexibility to work shifts during the day, evening and weekend. Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service! As part of our Management team, you will:
1. Be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great customer service
2. Lead by example whilst being a great team player and role model throughout the store
3. Assist the Store Management Team in driving store targets and standards
4. Support the development of all colleagues, ensuring that they understand how career progression is possible through our ‘Step Up’ programme
5. Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to in order to provide a safe environment for our colleagues and customers
6. Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
7. Be responsible for reporting and cash office duties where applicable
It is essential that applicants have the following:
8. Experience of managing a small to medium sized team, in a fast paced retail environment
9. The ability to think on your feet and motivate others
10. Effective communication skills
11. Strong leadership and organisation skills
12. A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
