The business has built an exceptional reputation for delivering bespoke, one-off homes and listed building refurbishments for private clients and estates. Their projects are design-led, detail-focused, and often involve close collaboration with leading architects and consultants. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to support the pre-construction team across a range of high-value residential and heritage schemes. Projects typically range from £3m – £20m+, including new build country homes, complex refurbishments, and Grade I & II listed properties. Candidates must have experience pricing high-end residential projects for private clients or High Spefication projects to be considered.
