We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist to join us at our office in Retford. Working hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm 35 hours per week. Responsibilities: To answer telephone calls in a professional and timely manner and transfer efficiently to the relevant member of staff To maintain an accurate log of callers To always project an enthusiastic and professional image to customers The booking and managing of meeting rooms To acknowledge visitors, check against appointments diary and book in for Health & Safety requirements To handle incoming mail and to ensure all external post is franked and ready for collection To place online orders for stationery & consumables To liaise with Facilities Support Assistant when contractors and workmen will be onsite Experience: The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, answering telephones and front office tasks. Good communication and Organisational Skills Multitasking & time-management skills with the ability to priorities tasks Attention to detail/multitasking numerous duties Professional and can-do attitude Ability to be resourceful & proactive when issues arise Why Join Us?
