Field Sales Executive – Drinks Industry
Location: Greater Belfast
Reports to: Business Development Manager/Sales Director
Salary: £25K + commission + car allowance (own car required)

The Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and growing brand visibility across Belfast and the surrounding region. You’ll actively identifying new business opportunities across pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, convenience stores, and foodservice outlets.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow sales across Greater Belfast.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with on-trade, retail, and foodservice customers.
* Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and local market insights.
* Execute promotional activity and brand activations to increase visibility and sales.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Provide accurate reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback.
* Represent the company and brands professionally at trade shows, events, and tastings.
Key Requirements
* Preferably some field sales experience in FMCG, ideally within drinks, food, or hospitality, however consideration will be given to a “rookie” who is self-motivated, target-oriented, a good communicator with a strong work ethic.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
* Full UK driving licence and own car.
