What We’re Looking For: Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) Proven experience as a Home Manager in residential or large nursing homes. Strong knowledge of health and social care regulations and compliance standards. Leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Commitment to delivering person-centred care and promoting wellbeing. Ability to manage budgets, resources, and large teams effectively.
