Overview
REMOTE - Open to applicants from all EMEA countries. UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM experience is a must. We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with experience designing and implementing time tracking, scheduling and absence solutions within a complex multi-business unionized environment. The role leads with business analysts and key stakeholders to solve business challenges by leveraging process, technology and systems expertise. The primary focus is to architect and design UKG Pro WFM solutions ensuring integration and alignment within the organisation's global technology landscape, considering functionality, user experience and integration complexity to deliver the best value and an organizationally aligned solution.
Responsibilities
* Be expert and provide advanced level knowledge of the UKG Dimensions / Pro WFM system and the following modules: Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Leave and/or Attendance
* Partner with business analysts and various stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and system designs
* Drive the creation of detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans and implementation documentation
* Facilitate workshops with functional & technical stakeholders, collaborating to evaluate and problem-solve complex requirements, advise on or configure software and provide ongoing functional advice
* Focus on enhancing processes to deliver first-class end-user experience
* Keep up to date with latest training and maintain applicable certifications
* Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to educate and develop their solution capabilities
* Own the reporting strategy and create reports and process workflow within UKG Dimensions / Pro WFM, including the ability to use the Activiti BPM platform
* Provide support with timeclock design & administration
* Design, support and control access to the system via profiles
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred
* 5+ years’ experience in UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM in a solution architecture/design role or as a functional lead across multiple functional areas
* 5+ years’ experience in time & attendance process definition and requirements gathering
* Ability to stay current with industry processes, technology changes, and UKG product updates
* Experience in a global environment across multiple countries
* Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information
* Strong presentation and documentation skills
* Team player who can also work independently
* Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive successful delivery
* Drive for high-quality delivery and continuous process improvement
* Experience in Healthcare or Manufacturing domain preferred
* Certification in relevant UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence)
