Projects NSS Projects Division is an Industrial roofing operation specialising in maintenance and refurbishment of large scale industrial and commercial roofs through liquid encapsulation applications including rooflight and gutter installations. Based in Manchester undertaking projects nationally. We are looking for experienced ICAT Sprayers with proven industry experience to join our growing team. What you will get from us: Overtime at time and a half £25 per day stay-away allowance food allowance Fully equipped company vehicle with fuel card All tools, equipment, mobile phone & PPE provided 20 days annual leave 8 bank holidays Medicash health cash plan (dental, health screening, discounts & more) Trade Point card (10% off at B&Q) Eye care vouchers, birthday day off, monthly reward & recognition Referral bonus scheme Accredited industry training and career progression opportunities Your job will include: As part of a skilled gang of 4–5 roofers, you’ll deliver planned roofing maintenance and refurbishment work including: Roof and Cladding coating Sheet metal preparation and coating Industrial painting and liquid roofing applications Application of ICAT liquid coatings to roof surfaces Rooflight and gutter installations Cut edge corrosion treatment and coating applications Support with warm and cold roof build-ups Working on long-duration projects (12–15 weeks), Monday to Friday, with paid travel and accommodation National travel across the UK for commercial refurbishment projects What We’re Looking For Proven experience in ICAT spraying or industrial roofing coatings Comfortable working at height and away from home Monday–Friday Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills Full UK driving licence Willingness to learn and develop new skills Desirable (but not essential): CSCS or NVQ (Slating, Tiling, Sheeting & Cladding) IPAF (1b, 3a, 3b), PASMA, SSSTS / SMSTS, or First Aid Experience with metal roofing systems or other liquid coating applications The Business We are a specialist services supplier.
