The Firm
A well established London law firm with a strong reputation across commercial and private client work is seeking to hire a talented Employment Solicitor to join its growing employment team.
The firm advises both businesses and individuals across a broad range of legal services and is known for delivering practical, commercial and client focused advice.

The Role
The successful candidate will work on a diverse caseload of contentious and non contentious employment matters, acting for both claimants and respondents.
You will be involved in:
* Employment Tribunal litigation, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and breach of contract claims
* Advising employers on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and restructuring issues
* Advising senior executives and employees on exits, settlement agreements, and restrictive covenants
* Drafting employment contracts, policies, and workplace documentation
* Supporting clients on strategic and reputational employment issues
* Managing matters independently with appropriate supervision
The role offers a strong balance of claimant and respondent work, exposure to complex disputes, and direct client contact.
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
* 2–4 years’ PQE in employment law
* Experience handling both claimant and respondent matters
* Strong litigation experience, including Employment Tribunal work
* Excellent drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills
* Commercial awareness and strong client-handling ability
