Provide advice and guidance on company policies, procedures and employment laws Develop, review and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices Conduct training sessions on employee relations procedures, workplace ethics, policies, and regulations The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or working towards this. You will have ideally worked within a logistics, manufacturing, retail, FMCG or similarly fast paced commercial unionised business and comfortable with regional travel.
