About the Role
The School is seeking to appoint a HR Coordinator to provide high‑quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on recruitment, onboarding, and administration for allocated departments across the School. Reporting to and supporting the HR Advisor, this role will contribute to the delivery of a proactive and efficient HR service and will be the first point of contact for staff and managers in assigned areas.
Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will be an organised and proactive HR professional with strong administrative capability and a keen interest in developing their HR career. They will bring experience in recruitment and HR coordination, a commitment to high standards of service delivery, and the ability to build positive relationships across the School, while upholding Oakham Schools safeguarding and compliance responsibilities.
