Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Primary School Teacher to join a Kings Norton-based primary school teaching KS2 students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to providing a high-quality learning experience for every student.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in all core subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science, and Humanities
* Assess and evaluate student progress, setting and tracking individual goals
* Create and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to be active learners
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and development
* Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to enhance student engagement and understanding
* Teach phonics, helping students develop their reading, writing, and spelling skills
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Proven experience teaching primary school students
* Knowledge and experience of the UK National Curriculum
* Strong organizational and planning skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for education and a commitment to student success
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
