Our client, a large franchised main dealership, in Reading has the requirement for an experiencedAftersales Manager / Service Manager to join theirestablished and high performing Aftersales team.
Responsibilities
* Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
* Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
* Departmental profitability
* Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
* Controlling expenses
* Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
* Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
* Installing, and maintaining processes
* Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experience
* Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
* Franchised Dealership Experience
* Kerridge
