Job Summary

Duties
* Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
* Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
* Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
* Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and responding to requests promptly
* Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales opportunities
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and surrounding areas
* Follow food safety procedures and hygiene standards at all times
* Assist with basic food preparation when required, supporting kitchen staff as needed
* Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
Experience
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
* Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is desirable
* Familiarity with serving procedures, guest services, and upselling strategies will be beneficial
* Strong organisational skills, including time management and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
* Good communication skills, with an emphasis on attentive listening and clear interaction with guests and team members
