Fleet Services Administrator Required in Harrogate for a Large Car Dealer
1. Pay: up to around £27,000 with OTE up to £30,000
2. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm for 40 hours
Our client is a Multi- National automotive business that is looking for a Fleet Services Administrator to join their team in Harrogate.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Automotive Administration; whether it be Sales Admin, Fleet Admin, Service Admin or Warranty Administration from a Car Dealership background. Administrators from out of the Trade are also encouraged to apply!
Some of your day to day duties as a Fleet Services Administrator with our client will include:
3. Administer and process PCNs daily via the fleet portal, ensuring accurate recharges.
4. Coordinate vehicle logistics, including collections, movements, and end-of-contract procedures.
5. Process supplier invoices and issue customer invoices and credit notes promptly.
6. Upload weekly/monthly fleet lists to third-party suppliers.
7. Manage daily rentals on behalf of customers, including billing and recharge processing.
8. Maintain accurate customer records across various databases and files.
9. Provide professional support and communication to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
10. Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory updates.
11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and support relevant projects and tasks.
