We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of high‑impact marketing activity across digital, print, and social channels.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated junior marketer with strong design capabilities, excellent written skills, and hands‑on social media experience. You will play a key role in supporting brand communications, content creation, and campaign execution.
The ideal candidate is creative, organised, digitally confident, and eager to develop within a fast‑paced B2B logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Copywriting
* Write engaging copy for website updates, email campaigns, blogs, case studies, and internal communications
* Support the creation of press releases and award submissions
* Ensure brand tone of voice is consistent across all channels
* Assist with member communications and marketing materials
Social Media Management
* Plan, create, and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
* Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages where appropriate
* Track and report on social performance metrics
* Identify content opportunities across the network
Design & Creative
* Create visual assets for digital campaigns, social posts, presentations, and print materials
* Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and event materials
* Support brand consistency across all creative output
* Work with external agencies when required
Campaign & Marketing Support
* Assist in delivering integrated marketing campaigns
* Support event promotion and marketing for exhibitions and internal events
* Maintain and update website content
* Conduct competitor and industry research
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, or related field
* Strong written communication skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva
* Experience managing social media platforms (ideally LinkedIn for B2B)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
Desirable
* Basic understanding of SEO
* Experience with email marketing platforms
* Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights)
* Experience in B2B marketing (logistics experience a bonus)
