Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant? We are a growing recruitment company based in Exchange Quay and working exclusively with clients nationally and internationally. Due to expansion we are looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our UK team.
You will be working an established desk with a large amount of active jobs and a large database of candidates.
WORKING HOURS
- Monday - Friday
- Early finish on a Friday
SALARY / BENEFITS
- First year on target earning £35-£60k (Experienced) Uncapped
- Uncapped commission
- Team events (Quarterly Team Lunches Fully Paid)
- Promotion is based on production and we have clear paths to become Manager level within 12 months.

Salary is a basic salary with commission on everything billed with salary increasing on hitting realistic targets.
LOCATION
We are located in Exchange Quay which has great public transport links with a tram stop 30 seconds from the office. There is also parking on neighboring streets within a couple of minutes from shops and cafes
ABOUT US
We are an independently owned specialist recruitment agency working within Accountancy and Veterinary sectors. We value all of our team members and promote a friendly working environment. We are a casual dressed office with no uniform or dress code.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
This position is open to an experienced Recruitment Consultant. As the role is primarily based on the telephone and email, you must be comfortable using a computer and speaking with people over the phone.
