We’re looking for a dedicated and confident Cover Supervisor to join a friendly and supportive secondary school team in Lancaster. This role is perfect for graduates, aspiring teachers, or anyone with experience working with young people.
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Support students with their learning and ensure work is completed
Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson
No formal teaching qualification is required — just strong communication skills, confidence in leading a classroom, and the ability to build rapport with students.
