About the Role:

As Sales Coordinator, you will manage our end-to-end sales function—building the pipeline, converting opportunities, and communicating with leads and customers.

You’ll work closely with the marketing, customer success and product teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with market need and NHS priorities.

Your command of HubSpot CRM will underpin strong reporting, forecasting and data-led decision-making.

You will be a hands-on doer, able to close deals while supporting the scaling of a high-performing commercial operation.

Responsibilities:

Sales

* Support the execution of a sales strategy to grow recurring revenue.
* Support outbound and inbound sales efforts across NHS organisations—GPs, PCNs, ICBs and Federations.
* Own and refine the sales funnel, conversion rates, and initial contracting.
* Triage leads to direct the activity of senior and clinical sales resources to appropriate customers.

CRM and Data Management

* Manage all sales activity through HubSpot CRM, ensuring data quality, automation, and reporting integrity.
* Build sales dashboards, forecasts, and pipeline metrics for board and investor visibility.
* Leverage CRM data to optimise campaign performance, team coaching, and strategic planning.

Stakeholder Engagement

* Represent Blinx Healthcare at industry events, NHS digital showcases, and buyer forums.
* Contribute to bids, tenders, and framework submissions alongside the leadership team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with Deployment, Product, Quality, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end service experience.
* Translate operational metrics into meaningful reporting to inform leadership decisions and board-level presentations.
* Participate in the design of customer engagement and onboarding.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

* Proven track record scaling SaaS sales from early traction to growth stage.
* Deep experience of using HubSpot CRM for sales management, reporting and automation.
* Previous experience selling into healthcare markets, preferably NHS Primary Care.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

* Experience in or exposure to NHS procurement frameworks (e.g. DPS, G-Cloud).
* Familiarity with clinical safety, DSPT, and data-sharing requirements in NHS SaaS contracts.
* Previous experience in scale-up, VC-backed, or founder-led environments.
* Understanding of pricing strategies for subscription and managed service models.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year.
