About The Role
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join MG OMD’s affiliate and lead generation team, working with clients such as Nissan, Specsavers, Intuit QuickBooks, Renault, and Odeon.
The role focuses on managing the Halfords affiliate programme, collaborating with cross‑channel teams across planning, analytics, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and continually improve client affiliate programmes through high‑quality day‑to‑day management and leadership.
* Own the delivery of key affiliate management activities, including reporting, status calls, quarterly business reviews, and alignment of activity, budget, and strategy with wider media channels.
* Share industry knowledge, tools, and analytics to benefit the team and clients.
* Build and maintain relationships with top publishers, exploring new partnership opportunities.
* Ensure high quality and accuracy across all deliverables, both internal and client‑facing.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
* Excellent communication and organization skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficient in MS Office and affiliate marketing tools.
* Demonstrated end‑to‑end experience managing affiliate and lead generation campaigns.
* Solid understanding of affiliate marketing trends and how they integrate into the media mix.
* Knowledge of major affiliate networks and lead management platforms.
* Experience in a management or mentorship role.
* 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
Benefits & Working Conditions
Hybrid working model (three days in office, two days remote). Standard hours 9:30 – 17:30 with flexible core hours 10:30 – 16:30. Flexible start and finish times are allowed.
