This is a hands role, where your input will directly influence the evolution of testing strategy and practices. You’ll be building modern, scalable test frameworks and championing best-in-class testing standards using cutting-edge tools.
Key requirements:
* Strong hands-on experience in Java (Python or other languages also considered).
* Proven track record with Selenium and other automation tools.
* Practical experience with CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitLab, etc.
* Exposure to low-code/no-code automation platforms is a big plus.
* Familiarity with Katalon Studio or similar tools is highly desirable.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation frameworks.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed automation into the delivery pipeline.
* Leading by example – writing clean, maintainable Java code to support quality initiatives.
* Mentoring QA Engineers and promoting best practices in automation and CI/CD.
