The Role
Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will take responsibility for leading a production team to deliver the daily production plan safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will ensure products are produced on time, in full, and to specification while maintaining strict compliance with food safety, GMP, and health and safety standards.
You will play a vital role in creating a positive and high-performing team culture, supporting your team to achieve operational targets while driving engagement and development across the production floor.
